I started sessions with Leonor without any specific trigger. It wasn't because of heartbreak, loss, or disappointment. I have studied & lived what I guide.

I am Leonor. Before studying psychology, I had a BSc in Economics, an MSc in Marketing, and years in the corporate world. I left it all to go back to school and that decision came from somewhere real.

I met depression when I was very young. I had a complicated relationship with alcohol and tobacco. A long habit of looking for answers in new cities, new plans, new versions of a life that still felt like something was missing. I was drawn to spiritual teachings and found something true in them, but I struggled to fully trust what I couldn't understand. I needed proof. I needed to know where the insights were coming from and why they worked. So after a long and honest decision process, I spent three years studying psychology and half a year studying political science at the University of Amsterdam. It was undoubtedly the hardest thing I have ever done.

I know what it is to not understand what is happening to you. I also know what it is to understand it completely and still not be able to stop. Both are their own kind of pain. I am someone who feels the world deeply. And I had to learn how to be in it without escaping it.

That is what shaped the way I work. A psychology grounded in social and positive psychology, emotion, motivation, and behaviour change — merged with spiritual practice and lived experience. Not clinical therapt. No diagnisos. Not a formula. Deeply human, honest and practical, and reaching the places most approaches never get to.

In sessions, you will be truly met. Not observed. Not analysed. Met.

I only work with people who are ready to do the work, show up consistently, and trust the process. Transformation is not linear, and there are no magic potions. But it is absolutely possible. No. This is not clinical therapy, I am not a clinical psychologist and I do not offer clinical therapy or diagnosis. What I offer is a psychology-informed, lived-experience-rooted process of inner work. It draws on psychological frameworks, but goes beyond them into breathwork, mindset, spirituality, and real-world action. If you need clinical or psychiatric support, I would always encourage you to seek that first or in parallel.

I am an inner work guide with a background in psychology and my own lived experience of transformation. For some people, that combination reaches places that formal therapy alone does not.

Not at all. While some clients come with a complicated relationship with alcohol or other substances, many come simply because something feels off — they feel stuck, flat, disconnected, or lost. The work is the same: we look honestly at what is actually happening and what needs to shift.

That is one of the most common things I hear. It usually points to something specific: approaches that stay at the level of insight, analysis, and talking — but never reach the place where patterns actually live. This process is designed to go there. It is also not a system applied to everyone — it is built entirely around you, your patterns, and what is actually keeping you stuck. Many of the people I work with have tried a lot before finding this.

Some shifts happen fast — a reframe, a decision, a pattern interrupted. Others take more time. Real transformation is not a magic moment; it is a gradual, committed process. There are no shortcuts here. That is why I only work with people ready for the full journey — and why most people who do the work consistently see their lives genuinely change.

Each session is 75 minutes over video. We begin where you are — whatever is present that week — and move through it together. Sessions can include open conversation, reframing, breathwork, working directly on your Miro board, or practical planning. Every session ends with clear homework so the work continues in your actual daily life, not just in the session room.
