Hey, I am Leo
I know what it feels like to be doing life “right” and still feel empty inside. Before psychology, I did a BSc in Economics, an MSc in Marketing, and years in the corporate world. That chapter gave me a lot, but I left to follow the work I knew I was meant to do.
I met depression young. I had a complicated relationship with alcohol. I kept looking for answers in new cities, new jobs, new friends, and new versions of myself.
That taught me something I now see in so many people: sometimes you do not understand what is happening to you, and sometimes you understand it completely and still cannot stop. Both can make you feel lost and send you back into the same loop, looking for more advice, another wellness trend, or another plan you abandon after three days.
My desire to feel better led me first to spiritual teachings, but I also needed the science. I needed to understand why change happens, why people stay stuck, and how we actually become free.
So I studied psychology at the University of Amsterdam, with a focus on social psychology, emotion, motivation, and behaviour change. I also studied political science, because I have always wanted to understand not only the individual, but the world around us.
Now, I bring together psychology, spiritual practice, and lived experience. This is not clinical therapy, and these sessions do not replace mental health diagnosis or treatment. My approach focuses on empowering you, so you can step into the loving, abundant, free life you were always meant to live.

No. This is not clinical therapy, and I am not a clinical psychologist. I do not diagnose or treat mental illness. This is psychology-informed inner work for people who want more self-trust, clarity, freedom, and real-life change. No. Some clients come with alcohol, tobacco, phone use, or other habits they want to change. Others come because they feel stuck, disconnected, flat, or unsure of their direction. The work follows the same root: we look honestly at what is happening and what needs to shift.
Many people who come here have already tried a lot. They understand their patterns, but still feel stuck in them. This work is different because we do not stay only in insight or analysis. We focus on what is happening in your real life, what is keeping you stuck, and what needs to change in how you think, choose, act, and relate to yourself.
Some shifts happen fast such as a reframe, a decision, a pattern interrupted. Others take more time. Real transformation is not a magic moment it is a gradual, committed process. There are no shortcuts here. That is why I only work with people ready for the full journey and why most people who do the work consistently see their lives genuinely change.
Each of the 10 sessions is 75 minutes online. We start with where you are and what feels most present. Sessions can include honest conversation, reframing, breathing, work on your Miro board, or practical planning. We always end with something clear to take into your real life.
