Are you cultivating a strong inner foundation? If not, remember that strengthening your internal foundations empowers you to smoothly navigate life's challenges, cultivate resilience, and peacefully achieve your goals.

Here are 5 signs suggesting you may need to strengthen your internal foundations:

• Being overly sensitive to feedback or the observations of others. Defending your actions/beliefs as universal truths. • Reevaluating your decisions solely based on others' approaches or opinions.
• Firmly clinging to your own viewpoint without being open to others' perspectives.
• Reacting explosively when someone presents a different perspective or counterargument to your opinion.

So, how can we make our internal foundations stronger? When I notice any of these signs and seek to detach myself from others' opinions, I typically engage in the following practices:

The first step is to become aware of your patterns and how you react to interactions with others.
• Notice and take notes of your body's reactions and emotions.
• Reflect on why the opinions of others hold such significance for you.
• Explore why others' opinions may hold more value for you than your own.
• Take some time alone to reflect and write down the fear that rises from differing opinions. Engage in reading books, engage in breathwork practices, and explore the stories of different individuals and the history of the world. This can broaden your perspectives and help you better understand diverse viewpoints.
• Remember, there is no singular reality. Embrace the idea that everyone has their own unique experiences and opinions. Focus on developing your own authentic understanding of the world.
