The energy of the first day is unlike anything else. From the moment you step off the plane, you feel it - a buzz of excitement, curiosity, and trust. The anticipation of the transformative journey ahead is bubbling.

At a myalfazema wellbeing retreat in Portugal, each person arrives with their own personal purpose – whether it's focusing on personal growth, healing, developing new practices, deepening yoga skills, or simply reflecting on life.
